The goal of this list is to permit to know services which inform us by mail of RSS feeds changes.
WARNING: Best of these free services downloads RSS feeds from every 2 minutes to 2 hours so services are NOT ABLE to follow high traffic (greater than 1000/1500 changes per day) or/and bulk adds (example: addition of 35 new feeds in less than 2 minutes when RSS max number feeds is 25) or/and never follow twitter RSS feeds.

November 21 2009: twitter feeds are not checked by a lot of services.
March 2009: Goodbye to 2 services.
November 2008: Adding TABBLOID and bad ZOOKODA.
